Tom Donaghy

Tom Donaghy is an American playwright. His plays have been produced by Atlantic Theater Company, Playwrights Horizons, N.Y. Stage & Film, Lincoln Center, South Coast Repertory, LaJolla Repertory, Seattle Repertory, Trinity Repertory, Goodman Theatre, and Arden Theatre. His theatre work has been profiled by The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Village Voice.

Off-Broadway works include Boys and Girls (Duke On 42nd Street), Minutes from the Blue Route (Linda Gross Theater), and Northeast Local (Mitzi E. Newhouse Theater). Regionally produced works include Down the Shore (Goodman Theatre), The Beginning of August, The Dadshuttle, and I Need a Quote (Atlantic Theater Company), It Takes an Orchard (Azuka Theatre), and From Above (Playwrights Horizons).

He has received awards from the National Endowment for the Arts, Theater Communications Group, PEN American, and John Simon Guggenheim Memorial, Sloan, MacDowell, Millay, Albee, and Berilla Kerr Foundations.
