James Sie is an Artistic Associate at Lifeline Theatre, where he has appeared in many productions including Lizard Music and The Promise. Other Chicago stage credits include seven seasons of A Christmas Carol at The Goodman Theatre, Ariel in The Tempest at Oak Park Festival Theatre and Porcelain at Eclipse Theatre. Film credits include Ice Age: The Meltdown, Kung Fu Pandas: Legends of Awesomeness, Ghost World, Chain Reaction and Strawberry Fields.

For television he has appeared on the series Jackie Chan Adventures, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Danny Phantom, King of the Hill, Teenage Mutant Nijna Turtles, Early Edition, America's Most Wanted and The Untouchables. Mr. Sie has adapted many works for Lifeline, including an adaptation of J.R.R. Tolkien's The Fellowship of the Ring.
