Leonard Nimoy

Leonard Nimoy was an American actor, film director, photographer, author, poet, singer and songwriter. He was known for his role as Mr. Spock of the Star Trek franchise, a character he portrayed in television and film from a pilot episode shot in late 1964 to his final film performance released in 2013. His portrayal of the Vulcan earned him three Emmy nominations.

He co-starred opposite Ingrid Bergman in the movie, A Woman Called Golda, receiving an Emmy nomination for Best Actor in a Dramatic Special. He also starred in the highly acclaimed study of Holocaust denial, Never Forget, which he co-produced with Robert Radnitz.

On Broadway, Leonard played Martin Dysart in Equus (Plymouth Theatre); and Rohde in Full Circle (ANTA Playhouse). He also starred in productions of Fiddler On The Roof, Camelot, Oliver and Vincent. He also played the lead role in the Royal Shakespeare Company's National Tour of Sherlock Holmes.
