Film credits include Omar, Sex and The City 2, The Men Who Stare at Goats, The Visitor, Parisienne, Veronika Decides to Die, The Watch List, and Jihad!

Theatre credits include his Broadway debut as Ashraf/Mahmoud in Sixteen Wounded (Walter Kerr Theatre); Off-Broadway, as Adnan in Betrayed (Culture Project), the Captain in The American Pilot (N.Y.C. Center Stage), Sergeant/Regimental Secretary/Chaplain in Mother Courage and Her Children (Delacorte Theatre), Iraqi Exile/Trevor Mac in Stuff Happens (Newman Theatre), and Bisher al-Rawi/Major Dan Mori in Guantanamo: Honor Bound to Defend Freedom (Bleecker Street Theatre); and regionally, as Shlomo in The Fever Chart: Three Visions of the Middle East (Public Theater) and Richard Roma in Glengarry Glen Ross (Clark Street Playhouse).
