Ted Lange

Ted Lange is an American actor, director, and screenwriter, best known as Bartender Isaac Washington on ABC’s The Love Boat, a role he later reprised on FOX’s Martin. Other television credits include Harvard on ABC’s Mr. T and Tina and Junior on ABC’s That’s My Mama.

Film credits include A Remarkable Life, Steps of Faith, For Love of Amy, Who Shot Mamba?, Last of the Romantics, Banana Moon, The Redemption, Wattstax, and Trick Baby.

Theatre credits include his Broadway debut as Member of the Tribe/Young Recruit in Hair (Biltmore Theatre); Gloucester in King Lear (HSA Theatre); and regionally, as Prince in Let Freedom Ring: Based on a True Story…Almost (Stella Adler Theatre), Orgon in Archbishop Supreme Tartuffe (Clurman Theatre), Midge in I’m Not Rappaport (Norris Theatre), and King Henry VI in Henry VI Part II, Outlaw in The Two Gentleman of Verona, and Angus in Macbeth (Mary Rippon Outdoor Theatre).
