Originally from Chicago, where she worked at the world-famous Second City Theatre (www.secondcity.com), Samantha Bennett moved to Los Angeles in 1994. Samantha is a former member and proud supporter of one of Los Angeles’ premier 99-seat theatre companies, The Open Fist Theatre Company (www.openfist.org). She has also worked with L.A. Theatre Works (www.latw.org) and ComedySportz (www.comedysportz.com) and has extensive television and film credits. Her writing experience includes her authorship of the one-person show “Kiss The Monster” and co-authoring the hit comedy, “Miss Millicent’s Fall Recital,” as well as writing the book for the musical, “In A Booth At Chasen’s.” She has also contributed hundreds of hours of comedy to corporations everywhere through her work with The Second City’s Business Theatre.
