Rugg Williams is an American actor, best known as Eugene Glendon on the NBC crime drama, In the Heat of the Night. Other television credits include Swinton Sawyer on DIC’s Tattooed Teenage Alien Fighters from Beverly Hills and guest appearances include CBS’ Silk Stalkings, NBC’s Hunter, and FOX’s Beverly Hills, 90210. He also starred as Michael in the FPE miniseries, Haunted Lives: True Ghost Stories.
