Robert Evan Collins played on and off-Broadway in The Medea with Irene Papas, in Macbeth with Geraldine Page and also at The American Shakespeare Festival at Stratford with Morris Carnovsky, Jane Alexander and Diane Wiest. L.A. appearances include Boss Finley in Sweet Bird of Youth starring with Ed Harris, Shylock in The Merchant of Venice and award-winning performances in Precious Organs and Entertaining Mr. Sloane. With the PRT he has performed as Falstaff in The Merry Wives of Windsor and Chebutykin in The Three Sisters.

He trained at University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

His first time in front of the camera was in a featured role in Scorsese’s Raging Bull. He also starred in Follow Me Home with Alfre Woodard and in Saint Patrick’s Day with Piper Laurie.
