
Richard Benjamin is an American actor and film director, best known for Deconstructing Harry, Westworld, Catch-22, and Goodbye, Columbus. Other film credits Pablo, Henry Poole Is Here, Mrs. Winterbourne, Milk Money, Mermaids, The Money Pit, Racing with the Moon, My Favorite Year, House Calls, The Sunshine Boys, The Last of Sheila, The Marriage of a Young Stockbroker, and Diary of a Mad Housewife.
Theatre credits include his Broadway debut as Norman Cornell in The Star-Spangled Girl (Plymouth Theatre), Norman in The Norman Conquests: Living Together/Round and Round the Garden/Table Manners (Morosco Theatre), and A Man in The Little Black Book (Helen Hayes Theatre); Off-Broadway, as De Recha/Dr. Kesselman in Power Plays (Promenade Theatre); and regionally, as Phillippe in Heroes (Geffen Playhouse) and Andrew Makepeace Ladd III in Love Letters (Williamstown Theatre).
