Nicholas Rudall is founding director of the Court Theatre in Chicago and a multiple JEFF Award-winning actor and translator. He received JEFF Awards for Best Supporting Actor for Juno And The Paycock and for Best Actor in Butley. He has also won acclaim for his work as a translator.

Theatre credits include The Captain in Mother Courage and Her Children and Abraham Yahuda in Hysteria (Steppenwolf Theatre); Tobias in A Delicate Balance, Mr. Burgess in Candida, Alfred Doolittle in Pygmalion, Macbeth in Macbeth, George Moore in Jumpers, Ivan Petrovich Voinitsky in Uncle Vanya, Alexander in Every Good Boy Deserves Favor, Goldberg in The Birthday Party, Hamm in Endgame, the Actor in The Guardsman, Archie Rice in The Entertainer, Boris Alexeyevitch Trigorin in The Seagull, Joxer Daly in Juno and the Paycock, Torvald Helmer in A Doll’s House, and Mr. Praed in Mrs. Warren’s Profession (Court Theatre).
