Marvin Kaplan is an American character actor, voice artist, and writer, best known as Mr. Gordon on CBS' Becker, Henry on CBS' Alice, Dwight McGonigle on ABC's On the Air, Alfred E. Prinzmetal on CBS' Meet Millie, and as the voice of Choo-Choo on the Hanna Barbera cartoon series, Top Cat.
