Georgia Brown

Georgia Brown was a British singer and actress. She is best known for The Seven-Per-Cent Solution, Tales That Witness Madness, The Fixer, and Long Ago, Tomorrow. Other film credits include Galileo, Nothing But the Night, Running Scared, and Murder Reported. 

Television credits include series roles, as Helena Rozhenko on CBS’ Star Trek: The Next Generation, Madame Lazora on NBC’s Cheers, and Lola on BBC’s Roads to Freedom; miniseries roles, as Annie Kenney in BBC’s Shoulder to Shoulder, Marie Lloyd in BBC’s The Edwardians, and Yvette Pottier in BBC’s World Theatre; and voice-over roles, as Headmistress Crone on NBC’s Gravedale High and Mrs. Bird on HBP’s Paddington Bear.

Broadway credits include her Tony nominated debut as Nancy in Oliver! (Imperial/Shubert Theatres); Mrs. Peachum in 3 Penny Opera (Lunt-Fontanne Theatre); Madame Roza in Roza (Royale Theatre); Signora Carmelina Campbell in Carmelina (St. James Theatre); and Side by Side by Sondheim (Music Box Theatre).
