Christopher Donahue is a theater actor, best known for his Broadway debut as Midas/Others in Metamorphoses (Circle in the Square Theatre).

Off-Broadway credits include Leonardo in The Notebooks of Leonardo DaVinci (2econd Stage Theatre); his OBIE Award-winning performance as the Creature in Neal Bell's Monster (Classic Stage); Provost in Measure for Measure (Delacorte Theatre); originating the roles of Father Jean Mallat/Rainer Fassbinder/Bob Stone in Dogeaters by Jessica Hagedorn (Public Theater); and Shahryar/Aziz in The Arabian Nights (N.Y.C. Center Stage).

Theater world premiere roles include Billy Bones/Tom Redruth in Treasure Island, Ahab in Moby Dick, and John in Still Alice (Lookingglass Theatre); Jack Smythe in The Second Girl (Huntington Theatre); and Frederick Arnott in Enchanted April (Hartford Stage). Other theater credits include Iphigenia in Aulis, An Ideal Husband, The Cherry Orchard, The Philadelphia Story, and Tartuffe (Court Theatre) and Silk, The Odyssey, The Baltimore Waltz, and Journey to the West (Goodman Theatre).
