Cherie Lunghi is an English film, television, and theatre actress, best known for Horatio Hornblower: The Duchess and the Devil, Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, The Mission, and Excalibur. Other film credits include I Am Khama, Viper in the Fist, Back to the Secret Garden, Jack & Sarah, Silent Cries, To Kill a Priest, Bones, Quell and Co., and Diversion.

Television credits include Stephanie on ITV’s Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Camille Windsor on BBC’s Casualty. Miniseries credits include Matron Eva Luckes in BBC’s Casualty 1907, Mrs. Steerforth in PBS’ David Copperfield, Laura Testvalley in BBC’s The Buccaneers, Dorothy in BBC’s The Monocled Mutineer, Margaret Van der Merwe in CBS’ Master of the Game, Edith Nelson in CBC’s Tales of the Klondike, and Princess Charlotte in BBC’s Prince Regent.
