Alex Kingston is an English actress, best known as Dr. Elizabeth Corday on the NBC medical drama, ER and as River Song in the BBC science fiction series, Doctor Who. Other British television credits include A Killing Exchange, The Bill, Crocodile Shoes, The Knock, and I Hate Christmas.
