Héctor Elizondo is an Emmy Award-winning American actor, best known as Joe in The Princess Diaries/2: Royal Engagement, Fisher in Runaway Bride, and Barney Thompson in Pretty Woman. Other films include Max & Me, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Safe House, and Frankie and Johnny.

Television roles include Ed Alzate on ABC's Last Man Standing, Dr. Phillip Watters on CBS' Chicago Hope, Carlos Torres on ABC's Grey's Anatomy, and Dr. Neven Bell on USA's Monk. 

Theatre credits include his Broadway debut as Blackface/Others in The Great White Hope (Alvin Theatre), Victor Franz in The Price (Criterion Center Stage), Simon Able in Sly Fox (Broadhurst Theatre), Kurt in Dance of Death (Vivian Beaumont Theatre), and Mel Edison in The Prisoner of Second Avenue (Eugene O'Neill Theatre); and Off-Broadway, as Carl Balicke in Drums in the Night (Circle in the Square Theatre) and his OBIE Award-winning performance in Steambath (Truck and Warehouse Theatre).
